The agencies listed below entered a Joint Powers Agreement in 2017 to form the San Antonio Basin Groundwater Sustainability Agency (San Antonio GSA) with the purpose of developing one Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the San Antonio Creek Valley Basin (San Antonio Basin).
Participating Agencies:
The primary purpose of this Groundwater Communication Portal (GCP) is to facilitate communication with interested parties so they may participate in plan development.
Use the GCP to participate:
The San Antonio Basin GSA Board of Directors and GSP Advisory Committee both meet regularly to provide updates on GSP activities. Both meetings are open to the public. Parties interested in the management of groundwater in the San Antonio Basin are encouraged to attend.
Comments on draft chapters of the GSP are being collected through an online form. There is a 45 day public comment period for each chapter. Use the button below to submit a comment during the public comment period for each chapter.
